Refund and Exchange Program for Damaged or Wrong Products:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Send an email to info@surtisarees.com with detailed information and any supporting photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the refund or exchange process.
- Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the same payment method used for placing the order within 48 hours.
- We offer a 3-day easy return policy for damaged or wrong products, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us at info@surtisarees.com.
- Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in the email.
- Orders cannot be canceled after 1 hour of placement as they are processed for shipment.
